Position: Transportation Group ManagerLocation: Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OklahomaSalary Range: $135,000-$170,000 annually

What Success Looks Like:

• Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with Division Engineers, Executive Staff at ODOT and OTA, municipal transportation managers, and county commissioners.
• Project Leadership: Successfully lead and manage transportation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Business Development: Demonstrate a strong ability to win new work and contribute to the growth of the transportation group.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensing: Oklahoma Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience: 5+ years in transportation engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in InRoads, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Products.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in geometric design of urban and rural highways/roadways, 3D design tools, roadway, drainage, construction sequencing, traffic control, and utility relocation coordination.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
