This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys winning and doing great work, with an interest in personal and practice growth.As a motivated transportation, parking, and mobility project manager at Walker, you will work on projects including:•Managing transportation, parking and mobility projects for public sector and private sector clients, such as supply and demand analysis, operational analyses, master plans, implementation, and action plans, and more.•Assisting with business development and marketing activities, including client relationships, writing proposals, responding to requests, and participating in interviews.•Manage the financial and schedule elements of the project.•Maintaining strong relationships in the industry and with our clients.•Preparing and presenting technical reports, memos, presentations, and other documents for our clients.•Assisting with business development and marketing activities, including client relationships, writing proposals, responding to requests, and participating in interviews.•Participating in networking activities and representing our firm at industry meetings and conferences.
QualificationsEducation Requirements:•Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) in urban or transportation planning, transportation engineering, or a related planning field.Other Requirements:•1 or more years of experience managing projects (schedule, budget, client relationships, deliverables).•3 years of experience in parking, mobility, curbside and/or transportation planning.•Strong writing, communication, and team skills are necessary.•Willingness and ability to travel.•2 or more years of experience at a consulting/professional services firm preferred, but not required.You'll Love Working Here Because
