Operations Manager – Middletown, OH

Transportation Manager.

Truck One, Inc. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person responsible for our new terminal operations located in Tipton, IN

Job Duties include but not limited to:

- Work closely with plant shipping office and customer service to achieve flexible and responsive scheduling of equipment and personnel

- Scheduling drivers and assigning deliveries and equipment to maximize efficiency.

- Review logs, collect bills of lading & complete all necessary paperwork as required.

- Recruit and hire drivers/contractors as needed.

- Control and coordinate the repair and maintenance of company trailers and equipment.

- Enforce company safety guidelines, employment policies and maintain performance records for drivers and contractors.

- TMW Software Visual Dispatch experience a plus.

- Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
