We are looking for full-time Transportation Project Managers with a background in Highway Design projects. For more information, visit:www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: Assist in the production of proposals and participate in client presentationsAct as a technical expert resource to project engineers and technical staffAid with strategic growth plan with office and practice leadersEstablish and coordinate project scope, establish project pricing and budgetsProduce and maintain project schedulesCreate and maintain project-specific quality plansManage project financials and assign resources accordinglyQualifications: BS degree in Civil Engineering10+ years experience in highway design and plan productionProject management and business development experienceFlorida PE requiredProficient with MicroStation and related design softwareWell-versed in FDOT design standards and criteria related to highway design and plans production; able to interpret and apply technical information contained in procedures and manuals to accomplish the design process for assigned projectsAbility to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team to meet challenging design and schedule requirementsStrong technical writing and communication skills#Pando Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final considerationRead, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English languageBasic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team membersAble to traverse a construction job site consisting of uneven ground varying in height and consistency of material, with a variation of elevation 19 or less (mud, gravel, rutted ground, etc.)Able to wear GPI required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while workingSummary GPI offers excellent benefits, including a 401(k) plan, ESOP, medical/dental/vision plans, paid time off, and more.
