Transportation Recording Clerk II Decatur, IL - This is a full-time, non-exempt level position. Job Responsibilities:Process LTL and/or truckload invoices in various systems: paper, EDI, web, Maximo. Responsible for averaging freight payments within 15 days. Manage relationships with assigned carriers. Run and review various error and aging reports. Address emails from carriers in a timely manner. Sort and process incoming mail. Scan and save documents. Manage incoming calls regarding open freight. Above tasks must be completed as stated above. Duties are subject to change and list does not include all responsibilities. Job Requirements:H. S. diploma or GED required plus minimum of 2 years equivalent general office/accounting experience preferred. Excellent data entry, keyboard, multi-line telephone and ten key skills.
