Top Job Located in York, PA Salary: $18.00 to $22.00/Hr DOE Hours: M-F 9-5 (can be flexible if needed) Dress code : Nothing inappropriate, business casual attire Job Description: Previous Travel Agent Experience Necessary Job Overview: The position will be responsible for taking walk in, internet and phone requests from clients planning leisure travel. Responsibilities include: Interviewing clients regarding their travel plans location, time, length of travel as well as style and budget. Once a relationship and understanding are made, the Agent will research, plan and present a quote to the client. Responsible for closing the sale, creating invoices, managing all aspects of the travel including transfers, insurance, and excursions Creating a full itemized itinerary for the client prior to travel including all relevant travel documents and information. This is a high volume; busy office, we are looking for a candidate with excellent organization and time management skills, as well as good office phone etiquette, and proficient ability with Word and Excel Experience with Travel Industry Service Providers.
