What we need from you: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of business experience in a call center (travel experience preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task/seek resolution
- A quiet, private workspace free from distraction or interruption
- Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable required throughout employment. Wireless, DSL, Hot Spots, Satellite or shared/public internet connection is not authorized and is prohibited
- Successful completion of virtual training class
- Able to work weekends, overtime and/or holidays as required
- This position does NOT allow the flexibility to provide care to others in the household
What you will be doing: - Process AAA invoice to client including price adjustments where applicable.
- Ensure the accuracy of vendor confirmations to the AAA invoice confirmation provided to client. Receive and process client payments to vendors. Process gift payments to vendors and clients as appropriate. Process refunds where applicable.
- Complies with all ACA policies in the collection and handling of assets.
- Create Q-Minders to automate due dates for payments and all reservation follow-up to be handled by frontline agents.
- Process travel documents to agent or client as required. Confirm travel booking details such as airline seat assignments and special requests, dining arrangements, completes on-line check in, etc., as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
