Requirements:

• TN license
• 1 year experience
• ARRT Cert
• RCIS Cert
• AHA BLS

Other Details:

• Traveler must live 100 miles from the facility

4x10s 7:30a-6por until cases are finished for the day.Call requirements will vary depending on staffing needs. Estimated: 3-7 weekdays per month, 2-5 weekend days per month.Call schedules are picked by seniority of permanent staff with travelers following.Requirements:ARRT CertRCIS Cert1 years of experienceAHA BLSTraveler must live 100 miles from the facilityGeneral orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census.
