**Job Title:** Technologist/Technician**Job Specialty:** Electrophysiology**Job Duration:** 24 months**Shift:** Variable shifts - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in EP or Cath Lab**License:** NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License**Certifications:** - BLS required - RCIS or RCEP and ACLS preferred**Must-Have:** - Ability to scrub and circulate in procedures**Job Description:**- Work in a procedural area that cares for adults with cardiac dysrhythmias.- Participate in procedures such as pacemaker placement, internal defibrillator placements, and cardiac ablations.- Ability to scrub and circulate during procedures is essential.- Prefer candidates who can monitor in Cardiolab.- The unit is equipped with a GE bi-plane room and a Siemens monoplane room.- Scrubs will be provided for the position.- Work Monday to Friday with no on-call duties.
