PHP is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Watertown, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/09/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel SURG TECH DECEMBER START 60 MILE RADIUS RULE Days, 2-8 hour shifts and 2-12 hour shifts Weekend, call and holidays required May be asked to precept new staff Completion of a Certified Surgical Tech program preferred or current New York State LPN license eligible Approved pharmacology course or previous medication experience and successful achievement in medications exam. Knowledge in the use of cleaning/sterilization/disinfections of equipment and instrumentation utilized in the clinical operating room setting. OR experience preferred Desire to work within an Operating Room setting. BLS required. Continuing education requirements of 15 CEU's per year.
