Travel CNA - $1,388 per week in Stony Brook, NY - talent4health : Job Details

-Multiple Awards will be made up to the five (5) lowest qualifying bidders who have met all of the specifications.-Resumes will be required for Certified Nursing Aides when submitting the RFQ so that we can review same for immediate consideration. RFQ's submitted without all 10 resumes for each shift time-frame will not be considered for an award. Please do not submit the same 10 resumes for more than one shift period.-The number of C.N.A. Temporary Agency Personnel is up to for each shift and on as needed basis.-The number of hours for each C.N.A. Temporary Agency Personnel to come on-site is 40 hours.-The names of the candidates does not need to be written on Page 3 (next page) of this RFQ document however all resumes should be included when submitting a response for the RFQ.-Vendors can submit pricing for one (or more) of the three shifts of your choosing based on the number of candidates that your agency has available. The Home will be looking to place the approved agency staff for paid orientation to start on or about June 24, 2024. Please only submit Certified Nursing Aides candidates that are available for this start date.-Please be sure to include pricing on Page 3 for the shift(s) that you are submitting the response for.
