**Job Title:** CT Technologist**Job Specialty:** Radiology Diagnostic**Job Duration:** 14 Weeks**Shift:** Night - 7.5x5 - 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM - 37.5 Hours**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 Hours**Experience:** 1 year as a CT Technologist**License:** A valid license as a Radiologic Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or in Radiation Therapy issued by the NYSDOH**Certifications:** Post primary certification in computed tomography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred**Must-Have:** - Relevant equipment knowledge- English proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)**Job Description:**- Perform CT scans and produce diagnostic images following established protocols.- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate patient diagnoses.- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.- Maintain and operate CT equipment effectively.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.- Document and maintain patient records accurately.- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in the field.
