Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education and Experience Requirements:

• A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
• An activeState or compactLPN License
• Active BLS REQUIRED ACLS PREFERRED
• Required: Acute Care Experience
• Required: IV Certification
• Additional certifications may be required
