Rang Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Dialysis for a travel job in Syracuse, New York.

Shift Details:• MWF 10 AM to 9:30 PM, every other Saturday 7:30 AM – 4, Tues/Thurs 7:30 – 4.• 40 Guaranteed HoursRequired Qualification:• Minimum 2+years Dialysis LPN experience• LPN License for state of New York• BLS Certification form AHAJob Duties:• Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis treatments.• Working with the dialysis technicians to ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly.• Teaching patients and their family members how to operate home dialysis machines should they decide on home dialysis therapy.• Educating patients on dialysis treatment options, kidney disease management, as well as suitable nutrition and exercise regimens.• Preparing and updating nursing care plans.
