This local•only position offers a flexible 24•32 hour work week during day shifts. Responsibilities:• Deliver home•based patient care.• Adapt to potential float requirements.• Maintain professional certifications.Requirements:• Valid MA LVN License.• 2 years of Home Health experience.• BLS Certification.• OASIS experience; Homecare Homebase familiarity preferred.Additional Info:• No on•call requirement.• Contract extension opportunities.• Non•specific scrub color.• 1:1 patient ratio.• Travel within Arlington/Belmont/Watertown/Newton area may be required.Orientation will be in Southborough.
