Facility Highlights: Extremely low Nurse to patient ratios at our rural facility. Very supportive nurse management team. Duties include medication pass for 10 Residents and skin checks. Lots of time to focus on 1:1 activities and outdoor garden time with Residents. Requirements: Less than 1 year of LTC nursing experience. Current state LPN license.
