Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting focused on primary care and occupational health.
- Support from an LPN and Health Center Manager.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5 PM.
- No weekends, no call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine within 5 years.
- Active Idaho license required; BLS and DEA certifications necessary.
Credentialing Requirements:
- Quick credentialing process, approximately 7 days.
Patient Demographics:
- Ages 2 and up, with a focus on preventative health and physical exams.
- Average of 2 patients per hour.
