Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Interventional Pain Management Physician position in a hospital setting. This opportunity offers a chance to work in both clinic and surgery center environments, providing specialized pain management care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide interventional pain management services in both clinic and surgery center settings
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Perform various pain management procedures, including lumbar epidural steroid injections
• Manage a diverse range of pain conditions
• Develop and implement comprehensive pain management treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of interventional pain management procedures. While a full list of procedures has been provided by the client, not all are required, allowing for some flexibility in the role.
