Job Description :

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality imaging.
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
One year of acute, clinical radiology experience
At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist
Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT.

Valid for 2 years. Available for free at
2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity
Annual Respirator fit test. Locations that allow onsite testing: NJ - Saint Michael's Medical Center, NJ-Saint Mary's Hospital (Mask Accepted: 3M 9205+), CA-West Anaheim Medical Center, CA-Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center.
Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Flu Vaccine or declination required October1-May 31. Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
Vaccination/titer showing immunity
Rhode Island Hospitals a declination is not accepted, per the Dept of Health. Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Annually, Except Saint Marys Regional Medical Center- Nevada must be completed within 60 days of start.
