Senior leadership role. Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate in nursing or health administration preferred• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursing leadership• 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including experience in a senior management role• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive change initiatives• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologiesExperience in a multi-facility healthcare system or academic medical center• Track record of successful implementation of nursing practice initiatives that enhance patient care• Active participation in professional nursing organizations and community health initiativesTechnical Skills and Relevant Technologies• Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems• Experience with data analytics to drive clinical decision-making and performance improvement• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in healthcare settings• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture• Passion for nursing excellence and a dedication to improving patient outcomes
