Manage Prior Authorizations, appeals, and formulary medications. Handle a small caseload of ECMH clients needing medication management. Conduct quarterly check-ins and update Treatment Plans annually. Maintain documentation in the Electronic Health Record system. Administer psychotropic injections and provide therapy for SMI clients. Conduct AIMS assessments for clients on select psychotropic medications or schedule with other providers. Perform Health Screens, focusing on education, prevention, and harm reduction. Review lab results, document Clozapine results in the REMS system, and monitor metabolic values.
