Experience:Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and able to practice in the State of TexasPrefer 2+ years as a direct care nurse.Prefer some experience in direct client care in a psychiatric type setting.Experience needs to be hospital acute care, LTC , community clinics, public health, etc. (not Home Health or School Nurse)1 year experience in a facility setting for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and units with medically fragile individuals or areas with a higher acuity, more skilled nursingCase Type:Serving teenagers between the ages of 13 through 17 experiencing emotional or behavioral difficultiesWork involves communication skills, i.e., relaying information to other team members, physicians, nurses; data entry, documentation in EMR, completing reports, maintaining personnel records, supervisory duties, and following all facility rules/policies.Youth
