BEHAVIORAL HEALTH | RN4x12 NightsBridgeton, NJRequirements:-Min two years of RN experience in a Psych Unit within the last 6 months-Experience with Child-Adult Age-Reliable transportation-BLS, NIHSS NJ or Compact RN licenseFloat Requirements:-Reassigned, assigned to all inpatient children's and adult Behavioral Health units at the following campuses Bridgeton, Woodbury, ManningtonNurse patient Information-The nurse-to-patient ratio average is 1:7-Techs/child life counselors is 3 total at census of 10 or more-Techs on voluntary/vamhu is 2 total at census 7 or more-Techs on AMHU Bridgeton is 1:7-Mannington census 7 or greater 2 nurses and 2 techs-We add staff/sitters if 1:1 close observation is ordered or as needed
