2+ years of Case Management experience required. Acute care experience is required. RN License required, nursys must be on profile. BLS required. Will be required to float to sister campuses as needed. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE. HWL prescreen interview, Manager final interview and offer.Radius Rule 50 miles from facility to perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission.
