    Job Details
  • Job Title: Registered Nurse
  • Facility: Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center

  • Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks
  • Patient Diagnoses: Various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator.
    Job Requirements
  • Traveler Experience: Unit WILL Accept 1st time travelers
  • Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Cardiac GTT experience
  • Must be comfortable with cardiac drips including Cardizem, Dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin.
    Schedule Information
  • Ratios: 1:5-6
  • Shift: 3 x 12 OR 4 x 12 HOUR NIGHTS
  • Weekend Requirement: 4 Weekend Days in a 6-week time track
  • Float Requirement: Yes, to other telemetry units
  • RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
  • Unit Orientation: 36 hours of orientation
    Additional Details
  • AHA or American Red Cross Only for certifications
  • Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty
