Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS TNCC PALS Job Details ER/Medsurg Swing RN position at St Francis Hospital in Breckenridge, Minnesota. Trauma level IV, STEMI receiving and Stroke designation. Must have 2 years ER Experience & previous Medsurg experience. Job Requirements Required Certification: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS (preferred) Experience: 2 years ER Experience & previous Medsurg experience. Schedule Information D/N Rotate – 7a-7p, 7p-7a, will consider blocked schedule Weekend Requirements: EOW Holiday Requirements: yes if it falls in their blocked schedule Floating Requirements: Float to Med/surg and Swing bed which is on the same unit. Unit Specific Information Charge nurse each shift and takes patients On call nurse aids/EMT/Paramedics/Patient Sitters on each shift.
