- General job duties: General Nursing, Trauma Response
- Equipment utilized: HealthLand EMR; OmniCell medication/pharmaceutical delivery
- Required skills: ADN minimum, BSN preferred; at least 2 years experience
- Specific licensures and certifications required: Oregon RN license; BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP
- Shift requirements: 12-hour shifts; various shifts, days/nights/weekends
- Floating to other units: May float to Med-Surg, OB, L&D upon demonstration of competency
- Bed size: 25-bed/16-capacity; ER: 3-bed; L&D: 2-bed; OB: 2-bed
- Nurse to patient ratio: Determined by Acuity Measurement Tool
- Dress Code: scrubs (tasteful and in good condition)
- Unit training: General Orientation to Blue Mountain Hospital District; Department-Specific Orientation including safety and technology
- Job Requirements
- Oregon RN license
- Minimum 2 years experience in ER
- Able to float to MS, OB/L&D (preferred)
- Cerner experience (required)
- NRP Certification (required)
- Schedule Information
- 12-hour shifts
