Shift: 12H Evening Description: Facility Name: CVPH Champlain Valley Physician Hospital 75 Beekman St. Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Total # of Facility Beds: 341 Unit Name: ECC / ER Total # of Unit Beds: 29 bed ED, 4 bed BDU Behavioral Health, 7 bed FT (Fast Track) all beds can swing to ER beds Teaching Facility: Y N Teaching Hospital Experience Required: Y N Trauma Level: Level 3 Prior Travel Experience Required: Y N Minimum # Years Clinical Experience Required: 1 year Minimum # Years Clinical Experience in Specialty Required: 1 year Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Requires TNCC Certifications Preferred: note any others Nurse Patient Ratio by shift:1:5 sometimes higher based on volume. * Need RNs that can work with higher than 1:4 ratios/ in a Very busy community setting.
