Spruce Healthpro is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department (ED) RN to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing, triaging, and treating patients with acute and life-threatening conditions while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

• Perform rapid assessments and triage of incoming patients.
• Provide immediate and effective emergency care based on clinical priorities.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions following protocols.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond quickly to critical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and emergency medical teams for optimal patient care.
• Operate and manage emergency medical equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and monitors.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families about their treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain infection control and emergency preparedness protocols.

✅ Active RN license in [State].✅ Minimum 1-2 years of Emergency Department experience (preferred).✅ ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required).✅ Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, trauma care, and critical interventions.✅ Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.✅ Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
