Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average. It can vary from 50-100 miles per day. EPIC and OASIS experience is highly preferred. 1 year home health experience required. Travel experience and experience with OASIS and EPIC are preferred. Locals within a 50 mile radius will not be accepted.
