M-F days. 1 weekend on-call a month (non-negotiable)NO starts beyond 30 days out will be considered.Hospice RN Productivity - case management of roughly 15 patients per week, with an average of 4.5 visits. per day. Clinicians must be willing to do admissions if needed as well.
