Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years required License: Valid RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to manage two ventilated patients - Experience with multitasking on multiple drip titrations - Proficiency with CRRT, IABP, and Impella - Experience in surgical or medical ICUs, with some CVICU Job Description: - ICU RN needed due to staffing changes - The unit welcomes first-time travelers - Floating required, with a requirement to float to similar units within your scope, as needed - Expected to work every other weekend - Provide care for ICU patients, many of whom are cardiac patients with surgical and medical backgrounds - Manage post-cardiac recovery patients - Work in a mixed ICU / CVICU unit - Participate in orientation and completion of modules onsite This position offers an opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding ICU environment, providing critical care to a diverse patient population.
