- Certification Details
- American Heart Association's BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- License/Certificate Verification within 30 days of start.
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
- Influenza Vaccine and COVID-19 Vaccine required.
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and Physical/Health Statement documentation necessary.
- Criminal Background Check and Trinity Education Verification must be completed.
