Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel • Specialty: ICU • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Every Other • Call Requirements: None- May occasionally be offered call • Years of Experience: 3-5 Preferred • Float Requirements: Yes- To med surg/ telemetry Education & Certifications Required: • Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): BLS & ACLS CCRN Preferred but not required PACU experience preferred but not required BLS/ ACLS/ Vent management/ Central line care/ Medication administration/ Policies and procedures Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 4 • Patient Ratios: 1:2 • Equipment: Hemodynamic Monitoring- Philips (Cardiac, respiratory, temp, ETCO2), Glucometer, Plum Pumps 360, PCA/ Epidural (Sapphire pumps), Kangaroo pumps, Telemetry • EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU/ Critical care, assistance with intubation and vent management, care coordination, management of critically ill/ unstable patients, occasional off hours recovery (PACU care) • Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3-5 years critical care experience • Type of Patients on Unit: >18yo • Personality Fit: Energetic, compassionate, able to work independently and in a team setting, dependable, attention to detail (quality)
