- Job Details
- Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Desert Medical Center
- Temp position with a contract length of 13 weeks
- Candidates must have an AZ home address on their driver's license
- Job Requirements
- 24 months minimum of current ICU or ER experience - REQUIRED
- Active Arizona RN License - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission - REQUIRED
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept
- Schedule Information
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
- RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
- Unit Specific Information
- Candidates must include a copy of their AZ driver's license in submission
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old
- Additional Details
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
- Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
- Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered to
