Yes, as long as they have IR experiencePatient Types:Department is staffed 24/7All adults, no pedsGeneral IR: Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, central line/piccs/ports, fistulograms, IVC filter, nephrostomy tubes, nephroureteral stents, peripheral leg cases, coil embolization, thoras/paras; CT Room supported by IR - cryos, CT biopsies, drains, etc.; AAA intervention experience preferredNeuro IR (experience preferred, but not required): strokes, DSA, embolization, WADA test, spinal angiosPatients seen in a day:Around 40-50 patients a day on averageRequired Licensure and Certifications:Tech: ARRT, BLS;RN: BLS, WI LicenseSkills required:Scrubbing and panning simultaneously, experience with General IR cases aboveWould prefer them be comfortable with charging/coding for procedures but not requiredSupport on the Unit:Receptionist/HUC: One coordinatorOne Nurse EducatorLead RN/Charge: Two Leads and Two Charge NurseTech specialistsRespiratory Therapy: 24/7Hospitalist: 24/7CNA/Transporter: Yes, here 24/7; could help transport own patients thoughTechnology/Equipment:EMR: EPICIV pumps: AlarisMedication dispensing: PyxisPACS: Change HealthcareEquipment used?Siemens and GE equipment – experience preferredInjector: MedRadOther equipment (experience not required): IVUS, Ultrasound (GE), Laser, Bovie for some port removals, Angiojet
