  • Job Summary: Registered Nurse position in LDRP and Mother/Baby unit at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2
  • Traveler Experience: Not required
  • Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
  • Skills: LDRP, Mother/Baby, Assist with sterile speculum exam, Use of EFM, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Breastfeeding Support/lactation support.
    Job Requirements
  • Required Certifications: BLS, NRP
  • Preferred Skills: EPIC
  • State License Requirements: North Carolina RN License
    Schedule Information
  • Ratios: 1:4
  • Shift: Nights 1845-0715; 13 weeks
  • RTO: 7 days MAX
  • Call Requirement: REQUIRED
  • Float Requirement: Yes, they will float to assist other units
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Details: LDRP Unit, Couplet Care Ratios 1:4, Skills: NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Breastfeeding Assistance
  • Require at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
    Additional Details
  • AHA or American Red Cross Only for BLS and NRP
  • For techs, allied and non-clinical, certifications will now also appear in the Unit Description.
