Position: L&D RN (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery)Contract Length: 13 weeksShift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AMWeekend Requirement: Every other weekend requiredHoliday Requirement: At least one per seasonOn-Call: NoneMinimum Qualifications:Experience: 1-2 years of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience requiredCertifications:BLS (AHA)ACLS (AHA)NRP (Required)Preferred: Mother/Baby and/or Nursery experienceUnit: L&DPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit – both Mother/Baby and L&D on the same unitPatient Ratios:Mother/Baby: 1:3-4Labor Patient: 1:2Additional Requirements:Must be highly reliable and available to work all days other than those pre-disclosed prior to offerMust not have alternative jobs that would interfere with the HMH schedule being a priority
