- General job duties.
- Types of procedures required: RN L&D, post partum, nursery in small community hospital.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.: EMR, Bed Side Medication Verification, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, waterbirths.
- Job Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in L&D.
- Must be able to be Independent.
- Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: RN, BLS, NRP, OR License.
- Schedule Information
- Our minimal staffing is 2 RN's at all times, even when low census.
- NO call required.
- Unit Specific Information
- 8 beds; 6 LDRPs, Level 1 Nursery.
- Nurse to patient ratio: 3:1 Couplets; 2:1 early labor; 1:1 active labor.
- Additional Details
- Must be willing to work alone.
- Post Partum and Nursery experience.
- Must be willing to float.
