• ND license
• 2 Years of Experience
• LTC experience
• BLS

• EMR: Matrix
• Ratios: Nurses 1: 10 on day 1:19 nights
• # of Beds/Residents: 26 bed
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heart disease, diabetes, dementia
• Radius Rule: 50 miles
