Job Title: NICU Manager • Registered Nurse • DaysJoin our team as a dedicated NICU Manager. This 13•week role requires a 40•hour work week with flexibility for operational needs. Responsibilities:• Supervise 25 direct reports• Float across departments as needed• Join on•call rotation with MCH LeadersRequirements:• Active CA RN License• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, LA County Fire Card• 2•5 years of Level III NICU Director experience• Clear communication skills• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)Note: Charge/supervisor experience does not replace director experience. Travel experience preferred. Former employees terminated will not be considered. Our facility is a Stroke Center pursuing Magnet Status, using the Epic EMR system. We provide PPE and on•site parking.
