    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)

  • Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift Times/Schedule: Nights 3x12, 7pm-7:30am
  • Specialty Requirements/Years of Experience: At least one year of experience
  • Licensure: OH RN or compact RN
  • Patient Ratio: 1:5, flex 6
  • Charting System Experience: Paragon
  • Weekend/On Call Requirements: Rotate weekends, call shifts not required
  • Floating Requirements: May be required per Holzer policy
  • First Time Traveler (Y/N): Y
  • Scrub Color: Any solid color combination

  • Unit specific skills checklist required. Must be updated annually

  • Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment.
  • Physical exam required for all candidates and must state candidate is clear to work as their assignment specifies without restrictions. Must be completed prior to start, no exceptions.
