Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS required, ONS preferred, CHPN preferred, OCN preferred5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Weekends may be required depending on unit needs. Three 12 hour shifts per week, night shift. 6.
