  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
  • EOW (Every Other Weekend) requirement.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start.
  • NIHSS certification required for stroke care specialty.
    Additional Details
  • All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
  • Standard i9 completed by the agency is required.
  • Proof of vaccination for COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and Tdap is required.
