Trauma/traumatic brain injury transfers with trachs, respiratory failures, medical - pneumonia, some R/O TB - some isolation. CHEMO: Bio/Chemo certification is not required for this position. Travelers will not administer chemotherapy that requires Bio/Chemo certification. IVP, Sub-Q, PO and IVPB / Contin. Infusions - Use Hickman & Ports & PICCs. Radiation Therapy: Occasionally Radium Implants: Occasionally Bone Marrow Transplantation: NO Stem Cell Transplants: No TRAVELERS DO NOT GIVE CHEMO UNLESS CERTIFIED BY HOSPITAL **Average length of patient stay: 5-6 daysAge Range: 16 to 90+
