Job Title: Registered Nurse - MS/TeleJob Specialty: Med/Surg TeleJob Duration: 13 weeksShift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)Guaranteed Hours: Not specifiedExperience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experienceLicense: Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state licenseCertifications: AHA BLS & ACLS requiredMust-Have: COVID-19 and flu vaccine required, negative 10-panel drug screen with nicotine (Cotinine) required, BCI/FBI prints required within 48 hours, orientation hours of 16Job Description:- Cleveland Clinic- Akron General Hospital seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in the Med/Surg Tele unit- Work 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am- Candidate must have a minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience- Must possess a permanent Ohio license or compact state license- Required certifications include AHA BLS & ACLS- COVID-19 vaccine and flu vaccine are mandatory- Must undergo a negative 10-panel drug screen with nicotine (Cotinine) within 12 months- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract- Orientation hours of 16 are expected- Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System- Background checks must be reviewed by the facility- Previous PERM experience of 18 months in the specialty applying for is necessary- Two references required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for, within the past 12 months- Permanent reference must be obtained within the past 12 months- Active required certifications, nothing pending- PBDS Assessment waived, ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation- Permanent candidates cannot return to CC hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
