Certification Details- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Job Details- Position / Specialty: Medical Surgical RN
- Shift: 3x12 Nights (1800-0630)
- Avg. Daily Census: 35
- Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required
- First-timers accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed per department needs
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager
- Locals accepted: Yes- no radius
- Must have active IL license or be in application process with ETA to apply
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

- Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response experience: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams
- Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Colostomy Care, Feeding tube care and management
- Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure
- Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
- Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin, Insulin, PCA
- Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Tracheostomy Management
- Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
- Cerner experience required

- Fit test required
- 2-Step PPD, TSPOT, or Qgold within a year of start
- Required for all candidates regardless of TB result

- 2 Varicella Vaccines, Positive Titer, or Signed Declination
- 9-Panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
- Flu Vaccine or approved Medical/Religious Exemption required October 1 – April 1
- Background Check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Required within 30 days prior to start
- Initial degree verified - except for Midlevel Practitioners will verify highest degree
