- Works under the supervision of the unit Supervisor/Manager/Director.
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provides direction and guidance of patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
- Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product of service to leadership and staff that contributes to the patient and family experience.
- Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of Med Surg Experience - Required
- Experience floating to ICU - Required
- Must be able to start ON 3/3/25, no exceptions
- Work history
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
