- Registered Nurse (RN) position at Berkshire Medical Center
- Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon Unit
- Patient Ratio: 1:6, typically
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
- 8hrs non-billable orientation
- Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
- Job Requirements
- 2 years current MS experience
- Tele experience required
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED
- Traveler must float as needed
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
- Schedule Information
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
- Unit Specific Information
- Facility will not pend either of these certifications.
- Additional Details
- COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
- Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures).
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
- BMC will not accept Declinations for Flu or Tdap.
- Berkshire Health System WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY.
