  • Avg daily census: 28
  • Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7

  • RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY

  • Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift
